National Association for State Community Programs

NASCSP members are state administrators of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE/WAP). National Community Action Foundation

The National Community Action Foundation (NCAF) is a private, non-profit organization which serves as an advocate and lobbyist for programs that assist low-income families and individuals. Founded in 1981, NCAF represents Community Action Agencies (CAAs) as well as their state and regional associations to help amplify and enhance their work in local communities throughout the country, promoting self-sufficiency and sustainable poverty reduction.

Community Action Program Legal Services, Inc.

CAPLAW's mission is to provide effective legal education and assistance that enables Community Action Agencies (“CAAs”) to enhance their capacity to operate legally sound organizations, and to strengthen CAAs’ ability to provide opportunities for low-income individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency.
