The Tripartite Board of Directors
The Tripartite Board of Directors is responsible for the following:
Participating in the development planning, implementation and evaluation of CSBG funded programs;
Reviewing the mission statements of Community Action Agency;
Participating in strategic planning and the community needs assessment;
Monitoring the distribution of Community Services Block Grant funds by the administering agency;
Those persons willing to be appointed to the Tripartite Board of Directors or those who simply have questions about the appointments should contact Honey Touvell at 527-6159. Applications are available at the Community Action Agency Office in the Department of Social Services building, 310 South Main Street in Red Bluff, or there is a link at the bottom of this page where it can be downloaded.
Three-year terms; four elected public officials or their representatives, four private sector representatives (appointed by Board), and four low income representatives.
